How are hosts verified?
Every host sends an identity document and has a short video call with our team. Only verified hosts can be found and booked.
When am I charged?
When you request a booking your card is only reserved. You are charged when the host accepts. If the host declines or does not answer within 12 hours, the reservation is released.
What if the host cancels?
You are refunded in full. If the cancellation comes less than 24 hours before the start, we also suggest other verified hosts in the same city.
Can we talk before the visit?
Yes. Each booking has a chat. Messages stay in their original language, so write in a language you both understand.
